MKA targets client needs and desires using creativity and pioneering execution. The firm doesn't set out to win awards, but it often does. The American Council of Engineering Companies has presented MKA with a national award each of the last 14 consecutive years and 20 times in the last 21 years – three times more than any structural engineering competitor in the United States. MKA was a finalist for the “2007 Charles Pankow Award” from ASCE's Civil Engineering Forum for Innovation.

Leadership is collaborative at MKA, involving the Board of Directors (shown left), Facility Type Leaders, Technical Sector Leaders, and Department Heads. All actively contribute to the day-to-day firm guidance.
