This 34-story, Performance-Based Seismic Design (PBSD) residential tower includes 254 units, four levels of above-grade parking, and at-grade retail, all immediately adjacent to a BART commuter tunnel. This project is the first PBSD tower in Oakland and at the time of completion is Oakland's tallest residential building.
