51-story, 92,996-m² (1,001,000-ft²) office tower with a first-of-its-kind cable net wall system creating the illusion of a "floating" building. An eight-story steel “mega-truss” reduced the number of columns on three sides of the building from four to two while supporting seven “hanging” parking levels and an architecturally highlighted entry spiral. The building features six corner offices per floor, with 18.3-m (60-ft) column-free spans, and is the world’s first high-rise certified LEED Gold Core and Shell.
