49-story, 200-m- (656-ft-) tall, 83,500-m² (898,787-ft²) vertically stacked performance-based seismic design tower, including 3 levels of below-grade parking, a 2-story grand lobby with meeting space, 21 levels of office space, a 10-story Four Seasons hotel, and 12 levels of apartments. MKA incorporated an existing three-level below-grade parking structure on the site, built for a previous design.
