Amazon’s office headquarters campus features three 37-story, Performance-Based Seismic Design office buildings on separate blocks, each 1.15-million ft², on a large podium base with connected low-rise office structures, street-level retail, a 2,000-seat auditorium, and six levels of below-grade parking.  The development also includes The Spheres—three intersecting glass-and-steel structures totaling 65,000 ft² and enclosing five freestanding, nature-inspired workspace levels, functioning as the centerpiece and gathering spot for Amazon’s employees.
