32,516-m² (350,000-ft²), 10,000-seat, design/build multi-purpose indoor arena adaptable for hockey, basketball, football, trade shows, and concerts. The facility’s main areas, a split-level seating bowl and a community ice rink, can operate simultaneously or be interconnected. The arena’s two "superflat" concrete ice slabs - flatter than any in the Western Hockey League - can be converted to form a 5,295-m² (57,000-ft²) exhibition space. A dramatic roof structure, featuring two 81.7-m (268-ft) masts, accommodates heavy rigging loads.
