Civil and shoring site design for a two-tower residential development covering a 0.6-hectare (1.4-acre) block with open public plazas of 1,115 m² (11,000 ft²). MKA’s site design included pedestrian pathways, enhanced paving, seating walls, and water features. The shoring solution leveraged space beneath the four surrounding public streets to avoid impacting an aging below-grade sanitary sewer.
