24-story, 241,548-m² (2.6-million-ft²) medical center, one of Abu Dhabi’s flagship healthcare projects, aiming to be one of the most advanced and luxurious hospitals in the world. The iconic building features an imaging center, emergency department, interventional services department, intensive care units, acute care units, and an ambulatory clinic. MKA’s unique structural hybrid system accommodates multiple building cantilevers that "float" the primary patient tower wing over the main building. The project is targeting LEED Gold.
