Concept design and peer review of a 400,000-m² (4,305,560-ft²) 82-story mixed-use development with one 378-m (1,240-ft) vertically stacked tower atop an 8-story retail podium and 7 levels of below-grade retail and parking. The project combines a mix of concrete and composite structural steel to address multiple design challenges, including a portion of the podium located directly above a below-grade transit tunnel.
