20-story, office tower, built as the corporate headquarters for Dominion Energy, with four levels below grade and 336,000 ft² of parking.
Tower 1 of a two-tower development (Tower 2 also by MKA), the project incorporates street-level retail, employee amenities, occupies a full city block, and is LEED Gold certified for new construction (NC) incorporating a variety of sustainability strategies.
