Multi-building office development totaling 518,399-m² (5.58 million-ft²) featuring a variety of unique, themed structures including 18 low-rise office buildings, four above- and below-grade parking facilities/areas totaling over 4.7 million ft² with 5,482 stalls, a below-grade mechanical plant, cafeteria, more than 12 pedestrian skybridges, water feature with a 20-ft-tall waterfall, and an interconnecting tunnel system. MKA provided design services on four of the themed campuses at the headquarters site: the Prairie Campus (1), Farm Campus (3), Wizard Campus (4), and the Storybook Campus (5).
