Three-story, 7,107-m² (76,500-ft²) undergraduate education center with a 30-classroom academic wing joined to a faculty/staff wing by a bridge on the second and third floors. The faculty wing houses the University Center of North Puget Sound on the first floor with two floors of offices above. Civil elements included relocation of an existing campus boulevard and utilities, and design of a rain garden fed by conveyed storm water from the roof.
