167,225-m² (1.5 million-ft²) shopping center with a 2-level, 74,322-m² (800,000-ft²) mall building and five separate 1- and 2-level retail buildings with themed facades in a 22,297-m² (240,000-ft²) outdoor retail village with civil site design for the mall within its curbline and the 3.6-hectare (8.8-acre) village.

Featuring structure as architecture, the project includes prominent steel, heavy timber, and wood architectural elements both inside and out. Civil elements for the project include site work for the shopping center, feature park, and 3.56-hectare (8.8-acre) Retail Village areas.
