410,000-m² (4,413,200-ft²) mixed-use development designed as a new icon for the city. The development features a glass-clad, 300-m- (984-ft-) tall office/hotel tower with a dramatic 21-story atrium and a 220-m- (722-ft-) tall residential tower with a 27-story central atria, both sitting atop a common 5-story retail podium with 3 levels of below-grade parking for 1,820 cars.
