Seven-story, 6,503-m² (70,000-ft²) public facility featuring an outdoor amphitheater and a world-class urban park. MKA’s highly sustainable civil site design for the 2.8-hectare (7-acre) development includes cleansing of streets and vehicular pavements with stormwater planters, permeable paving, grass pave in the right of way, green roofs, recycling of rainwater and greywater, and creation of an urban stream outfall to regulate stormwater runoff temperature and reduce the urban heat island effect. MKA also provided structural engineering for the development.
