Multi-phased mixed-use development on 7 hectares (18 acres), featuring a 17,280-m² (186,000-ft²) "Lifestyle Center" with 15 single-story retail buildings, plus a separate 4-story, 7,000-m² (75,800-ft²) building with office and classroom space for Green River Community College, several pedestrian skybridges, and public spaces. Unique features of the individual retail structures include a 9.1-m (30-ft) dramatically sloped entry roof, a 12.1-m (40-ft) steel tower, and a specialized "jewel building" made mostly of glass and steel.
