4,219-m² (45,408-ft²) design-to-suit, multi-bay private hangar, able to accommodate up to four Gulf Stream 5 jets, and an adjoining two-story 1,164-m² (12,525-ft²) corporate office building. MKA conducted several concept and site studies for the client, ultimately designing a long-span hangar with 72 m (237 ft) of column-free space for maintenance and storage of corporate aircraft.
