Four-building, 80,361-m² (865,000-ft²), state-of-the-art office campus built to restore part of the Presidio National Park and Historic Landmark District and complement existing Presidio buildings. A 55,742-m² (600,000-ft²) 1,500-space below-grade parking garage supports a 6.9-hectare (17-acre) landscaped public park overhead, with a creek, lagoon, and plantings. MKA also provided shoring design for the 9.3-hectare (23-acre) development. The project has been certified LEED Gold.
