176,515-m² (1.9-million-ft²), 68,500- to 75,000-seat design/build stadium, the first new NFL stadium in California in 47 years and the first LEED Gold NFL stadium. MKA’s innovative structural design incorporated 529 "buckling restrained braces," an earthquake-resisting element that reduced foundation costs by 20 percent and enhanced architectural interest. The stadium features a tri-level, precast concrete seating bowl and an eight-level luxury suite tower with a green roof.
