139,355-m² (1.5-million-ft²) design/build performance-based seismic design of a luxury residential development featuring four towers (41, 38, 8, and 8 stories), with five levels of below-grade parking. The towers shapes are like hulls in a shipyard coming together and the curved glass facades make up tower geometries. The rooftop features a landscaped pool deck and amenity space on top of the mid-rise towers accessible from all four towers.
