3,005-m² (32,350-ft²) performance hall on a 1.42-hectare (3.5-acre) site, with a 700-seat auditorium and conference/banquet space for 500 people, located on a college campus. The multi-use facility features a balcony, fly gallery, and catwalk in the auditorium and an operable hanging partition in the conference/banquet area to increase space flexibility. Stormwater runoff treatment is provided through an onsite biofiltration swale and a detention pond that reduces runoff rate to the City storm drain system.
