Four-story, 6,039-m² (65,000-ft²) glass museum featuring glittering reflecting ponds, a distinct 27-m- (90-ft-) tall tilting cone clad in stainless steel, sculpture gardens, and exhibition spaces with civil site design on a 0.8-hectare (2-acre) site along Tacoma’s downtown urban waterfront. The facility also includes a "hot shop" demonstration area with a 180-seat theater, an education studio, retail and cafe spaces, and 6,057 m² (65,200 ft²) of below-grade parking for 233 cars.
