85,006-m² (915,000-ft²) residential development with four towers (38, 24, 15, and 11 stories), the tallest of which features a performance-based seismic design approach, located adjacent to a BART commuter tunnel. The project is the first PBSD tower in San Francisco approved under the revamped Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center guidelines for alternative structural systems.
