Ten 64-story, 200-m (696-ft) towers totaling 752,251 m² (8.1 million ft²) with 4,138 residences, as well as one 49-story, 200-m (696-ft) commercial office tower totaling 119,845 m² (1.29 million ft²). The four-phase development includes a 3-level below-grade car park and a highly landscaped podium, all on 9.1 hectares (22 acres). MKA utilized advanced parametric modeling for the office tower to optimize the exterior bracing layout, a significant part of the overall architectural aesthetic.
