185,806-m² (2-million-ft²) performance-based seismic design, mixed-use development comprised of a 277-m (910 ft), 61-story structurally innovative office/residential tower, a 184-m (605-ft-) tall residential tower, along with the renovation and seismic retrofit of two historic buildings on a city block in the heart of San Francisco’s Transbay neighborhood.
