A five-story, 5,769-m² (62,100-ft²), design/build clinical expansion of the existing Oregon Health & Science University Marquam Hill Casey Eye Institute (CEI), including a footbridge connection to the existing CEI and an adjacent parking garage. In addition, this project’s unique design includes long spans that eliminate nearly all interior columns and allow for maximum floor-plan flexibility.
