Two high-rise residential towers, 60 and 45 stories, sharing a 5-story podium and 6 below-grade parking levels, all totaling 116,140 m² (1,250,117 ft²). Both towers were designed using cutting-edge performance-based seismic design methodology and the taller tower incorporates four unique tuned liquid mass sloshing dampers in a first-ever U.S. use. The dampers, essentially large water tanks at the top of the building, minimize building movement from wind and are outfitted for 24/7 remote real-time monitoring, the most advanced system in the U.S.
