Three-story, 5,760-m² (62,000-ft²) educational building featuring classrooms, offices, student space, a 135-seat performance hall, and a fine arts display area with studios and shops, home to the college’s business, humanities, basic skills, art, and music programs. Bordered on three sides by sensitive habitat--virgin forest, wetlands, and a ravine--the L-shaped building is designed to connect students with nature while minimizing impacts to sensitive ecosystems.
