Civil site design and structural engineering for a 14-acre park built over the Presidio Parkway Main Post Tunnels near the Crissy Field waterfront, with structured overlooks on a dramatic bluff offering panoramic Golden Gate views. Civil elements include a new community gathering plaza, landscaping atop the tunnels, a sloping "bluff" descending along the tunnel sides, and lower landscaping between the embankment and Crissy Field.
