Multiple projects on a healthcare campus, including a 12-level, 63,174-m² (680,000-ft²) acute care facility with surgery, diagnostic, radiology, cardiology, and emergency departments; a 5-story, 9,300-m² (100,000-ft²) expansion serving as the oncology center for five counties; a 2,230-m² (24,000-ft²) Central Utilities Plant; a 985-stall parking garage; various renovations and seismic upgrades; and civil master planning and follow-on civil site design, with sustainable elements such as a sediment pond for stormwater quantity reduction.
