New convention facility with two exhibition halls (one 15,000 m², 161,459 ft², and one 20,000 m², 215,278 ft²), meeting rooms, and related support spaces. The LEED Gold project also includes a 30- by 80-m (98- by 262-ft) connector bridge spanning from the convention facility to an adjacent technology park. MKA’s innovative structural solutions allowed for a 72-m- (236-ft-) column-free exhibit hall and a contiguous, column-free space in the stacked exhibit hall. The structural design was completed in 8 months.
