Renovation of a 5-story, 13,935-m² (150,000-ft²) museum and expansion into the bottom 12 stories of a new adjacent 16-story museum/office tower, adding 16,725 m² (300,000 ft²) of exhibition space. Approximately 11,150 m² (120,000 ft²) on levels 1 through 4 in the new tower will be fully designed, with the remaining levels left for future buildout. Renovation efforts include a new 2-story entry and an expanded floorplate connection on 4 levels to link the museum to the new building.
