304-m- (1,000-ft-) tall asymmetrical observation tower featuring a mesh-wrapped atrium and 9,290-m² (100,000-ft²) of occupied space, with three viewing decks, meeting and conference center, ballroom, restaurants, retail, and thrill rides including a flying theater. MKA engineered the tower to resist wind speeds of 299 kph (186 mph).
