Two-story, 4,738-m² (51,000-ft²) wood-framed museum with a Welcome Court; museum, cultural, and community spaces; back-of-house facilities; offices; and media, storage, and workshop areas with civil site design for 3.4-hectares (8.5-acres). The building features unique geometries symbolizing tribal shapes and extensive use of natural materials. Civil design elements include a partial green roof, bioswales, and gullies for stormwater management and shaping of the site to emulate existing natural conditions, eliminating the need for artificial detention.
