Two-story, 5,017-m² (54,000-ft²) joint primary/secondary school performing arts center featuring three performance spaces: a 600-seat proscenium theater with a 19.8-m- (65-ft-) high fly loft; a 150-seat state-of-the-art studio theater; and a light-filled dance/choral rehearsal space that is cantilevered above the exterior courtyard. The tri-level lobby connects all three performance venues along with two fine art galleries, a video production and digital media lab, two audio-visual classrooms, and an expanded back-of-house with staging areas, storage, and a loading dock.
