Two-building, mixed-use development on a quarter-block site, with an 11-story, 7,432 m² (80,000 ft²) high-end hotel formed from five 2-story blocks, each rotated and stacked on the block below; an 11-story, 7,432 m² (80,000 ft²) apartment tower connected to the hotel at each level by a pedestrian bridge; and 5,574 m² (60,000-ft²) of below-grade parking. Civil elements include green stormwater infrastructure.
