Six building, 148,645 m² (1.60-million-ft²) design/build development consisting of four residential towers ranging from six to 14 stories housing 2,000 students, 18,581 m² (200,000 ft²) of classroom and faculty office space, 13,935 m² (150,000 ft²) of auditorium, cafeteria, and public use area, and 51,097 m² (550,000 ft²) of parking. Six above-grade buildings on an (eight-acre) site; four of the six buildings sit on a common podium with below-grade parking. The It is being called the largest design/build project in the University of California’s history (unofficially).
