Original design (1988) and later renovation (2012) of a three-story, 5,853-m² (63,000-ft²) research and development facility, with high-bay wet labs, dry labs, clean rooms, support space, and a feature stair. The facility serves as the center for cooperative programs between high-technology companies, academic researchers, and laboratory facilities across Washington State. Civil design efforts included site improvements and utility tunnel expansion.
