New, five-story, 12,542-m² (135,000-ft²) university business school and renovation of an existing two-story, 1,347-m² (14,500-ft²) below-grade library, both designed to seamlessly tie into a future adjacent building (also by MKA). The facility features 15 tiered lecture halls, a 250-seat auditorium, teaching labs, offices, commons areas, a rooftop terrace, and a three-story glassed atrium. MKA’s civil predesign included assessment of existing utilities and recommendations on water capacities and storm water discharge locations.
