36,200 m² (389,650 ft²) state-of-the-art student housing and dining design/build development with three mid-rise residential buildings (15, 11, and 5 stories) and a 1-story dining facility, housing a total of 800 students. Each of the narrow buildings are 250 feet long and curved to reduce visual impact and form a grand portal into the northeast corner of the Hyde Park campus. Pre-cast concrete panels are used to clad the building to create a contemporary neo-Gothic tradition of the University.
