Six-story, 17,094-m² (184,000-ft²) music instructional building featuring a 700-seat performance hall, a 200-seat recital hall, an organ performance hall, a music library, rehearsal rooms, practice rooms, classrooms, faculty studios, and offices. The building replaces an existing facility damaged in a flood and includes a green roof.
