Seven-level laboratory facility, featuring 29,450 m² (317,000 ft²) of lab space, a below-grade vivarium, a pedestrian skybridge, and 27,871 m² (300,000 ft²) of parking in a shared below-grade podium also supporting Phase 3.2. MKA also completed master planning for the overall UW Medicine multiphase lab/research campus, with Phase 1 and Phase 2 also completed by MKA.
