Peer review and subsequent engagement for a performance-based seismic design of a 55-story, 120,222-m² (1.3-million-ft²) residential tower with 560 units and parking for 707 cars. The structural system developed by MKA effectively increases the footprint of the tower, allowing for a very slender profile.
