3,000-seat amphitheater and visitor facilities located at the base of the Washington Monument on the National Mall. The project includes a new multi-purpose building, renovations to two historic lodge buildings, and a new pedestrian bridge. A suite of sustainable interventions contribute to creating a building/site continuum with an extremely small water footprint and low-impact soils management strategy. The project will serve as model for 21st Century public facility and infrastructure design.
