43-story, 66,890-m² (720,000-ft²) multi-use building with 17,652 m² (190,000 ft²) of below-grade parking for 500 cars. One of the first composite buildings in China, the project utilizes two-story-high “outrigger" walls at the 15th and 30th floors to reduce building sway and accelerations.
