Five-story, 11,985-m² (129,000-ft²) biotech building with highly flexible open laboratories, support areas, and a dramatic public space with exposed concrete columns. The structural design optimizes economy, performance, acoustic and vibration isolation, and architectural flexibility, and the use of BIM facilitated conflict resolution. The project is the second of six buildings in a master-planned Research and Education Complex on the campus.
