Four-story, 11,892-m² (128,000-ft²) education and laboratory building connected to an existing adjacent structure (also designed by MKA) by a shared central circulation spine and vivarium and featuring 29-m- (96-ft-) tall exposed-concrete columns. MKA’s foundation design reduced the cost by more than 30 percent. The project is the fourth of six buildings in a master-planned Research and Education Complex on the campus.
