The Abbey at Aventura

This development offers a contemporary, open-air shopping destination replacing a shuttered Sears department store with unique entertainment, fine dining, and luxury retail experiences. The project’s first phase creates 215,000 ft² of retail space spread throughout six buildings ranging from two and five stories tall. To elevate the visitor experience, MKA designed two levels of below-grade parking covered by a landscaped, open-air pedestrian esplanade podium.
