I understand that any misrepresentation by me on this application will be sufficient cause for cancellation of this application and/or immediate dismissal from MKA's service (if I have been employed). I authorize investigation of all statements contained in my application and any references provided. Those references are hereby authorized to give MKA any and all information concerning my previous employment or other pertinent information they may have. I hereby release MKA and any previous employers or references from any and all liability incurred as a result of providing the above-described information. Furthermore, I understand that just as I am free to resign at any time, MKA reserves the right to terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. I understand that no representative of MKA has the authority to make any assurances to the contrary.
