Building Information (REVIT) Modeler – Intermediate (Seattle Office)

We’re seeking an experienced Building Information Modeler to join our structural engineering team and contribute to complex projects across the United States and internationally.

This is a full-time, in-office position in our Downtown Seattle office location.

You’ll work alongside highly skilled structural engineers and modeling professionals on large commercial, institutional, and residential buildings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education in architecture, engineering, or BIM design technology
8+ years of professional experience using Revit
A/E/C industry experience (structural engineering preferred)
Strong understanding of construction documents and print reading
Ability to interpret engineering markups, calculations, and sketches
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Rhino + Grasshopper, Revit + Dynamo, or coding for custom Revit add-ins
Experience modeling concrete, steel, and mass timber construction types
Experience coordinating or overseeing work of other modelers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience training or mentoring team members
Experience modeling structures with Tekla
